The Chengle Expressway Expansion Construction Project has a total length of about 38.614 kilometers in Leshan, of which a new 8.5-km transit line in Leshan City will be built. The double line starts at the Mianzhu North Hub Interchange, crosses the Tsing Yi River, and ends at the Leshan Expressway Lengshan Interchange (located in Emei Fuxi).
